LIABILITIES / USER INSTRUCTIONS
- The liability of APB Padel Base GmbH for property damage and financial loss is limited to gross negligence.
- Use of the courts is only permitted for the persons specified on the booking confirmation received and for the period specified therein.
- Use of the facility is generally not permitted during thunderstorms, storms, snow and icy conditions.
- The user of the facility undertakes to wear footwear appropriate for the use of the padel courts.
Proper use of the glass surfaces
We hereby inform you about the proper use of the glass surfaces of the padel courts. The glass surfaces of the padel courts are designed exclusively to keep the ball in play (=proper handling). The glass surfaces, on the other hand, are not designed for personal impact and can break under such forces (= improper handling).
We warn against such improper handling of the glass surfaces and make it clear that we are not liable for any resulting damage.
